Vin Social™️ is a membership based community of individuals and organizations committed to making impact through philanthropy and community activation. In order to maintain a safe, respectful, and productive environment, all members agree to adhere to the following code of conduct:

Be Respectful and Kind.

We value integrity, honesty, and respect in all interactions within the community. Treat fellow members and community partners with kindness and consideration at all times.

Be Helpful and Collaborative.

Members should actively seek to be helpful, supportive, and collaborative with one another. Share knowledge, resources, and expertise to uplift fellow members, community partners, and non-profits to advance the community’s common goals.

Be Curious and Open-Minded.

Maintain a curious and open-minded attitude towards new ideas, points of view, and experiences. Embrace diversity of thought and perspective within the community.

Lead by Example.

Members are expected to lead by example both within the club and in public and aide in contributing to a culture and reputation for our community that is based on integrity, respect, inclusivity, consideration, helpfulness, collaboration, curiosity, and open-mindedness. Uphold the values outlined in this code of conduct in all interactions.

Civilized Debate is Great.

Healthy and constructive debates are encouraged, provided they remain respectful and focused on the topic at hand. Disagreements should be expressed in a courteous manner without resorting to derogatory language or personal attacks.

No Bullying or Harassing.

Bullying, harassing, or any form of unwanted, persistent behavior towards another member or community partner is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Respect each other's privacy and personal boundaries.

No Soliciting.

Members shall not engage in unwanted solicitation, promotion, or spamming of products, services, or professional agendas within the community.

Violations will have consequences.

Violations of this code of conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent expulsion from the community at the discretion of Vin Social management and/or our community managers.

All members share the responsibility of upholding this code of conduct. If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines, we encourage you to report it to community mangers promptly.
